Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) card
- Must be able to work in high temperatures for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stretch to unpack and stock merchandise, stand for long periods of time and walk on uneven surfaces
- Able to count and accurately manage cash drawer
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage
- Bar beverage experience preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome guests who approach your location or portable location
- Take orders for beverages
- Answers questions or offer suggestions to guests
- Follow Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) standards
- Ensure proper checking of identification to make sure that only guests over the age of 21 are served or in control alcohol products
- Takes guest’s food and drink orders, organizes and delivers orders, and cashes out the transaction using the POS systems
- Handles cash sales and credit card transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures at all times, ringing all sales into the register
- Provides great customer service by interacting with guests in a pleasant and professional manner
- Tries to up sell all customer orders
- Helps with the Tiki Bar breakdown and clean up upon closing, cleaning work area, and wiping down front counter and equipment
- Performs other tasks as assigned to you by supervisors or leads
