Job Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Quality Management, Biotechnology Sciences, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering
  • Highly organized, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Flexible with an attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later
  • Able to commit to 10-12 week internship starting May 26th or June 15th
  • Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
  • Position is fully in office with possibility of travel to Round Lake location

Job Duties

  • Support activities with product label development and implementation for the manufacturing site, including the launch of new carton labeling materials
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects by engaging with multiple teams within the business
  • Support warehouse process improvements and development
  • Benchmark with Manufacturing Sciences, Engineering, and other Takeda sites to standardize material specifications by material type instead of individual label
