Job Requirements
- currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student
- minimum 2.8 GPA
- pre-employment drug testing
- FBI criminal background check
- education and degree verification
- interest in sports, tourism and events
- strong written and communication skills
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- willingness to learn new tools and processes
- willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- current valid driver's license and good driving record
- driving record must comply with Virginia DMV point system
- out of state driving records must be obtained and presented at interview

Job Duties
- assist with pre-event planning and logistics
- schedule and coordinate vendors and equipment
- support permitting processes for events
- collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth execution
- communicate with internal staff and external event operators
- help manage event resources and scheduling
- perform additional tasks as assigned
