Job Requirements

  • Current undergraduate sophomore with target graduation date between December 2026 and Spring 2028
  • pursuing Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related fields
  • strong passion for real estate development
  • strong understanding of technical skills and job-specific knowledge
  • clear and concise communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • self-starter with proactive approach to tasks and challenges
  • detail-oriented
  • ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
  • resume must include expected graduation month and year
  • related is not offering visa sponsorship for this position

Job Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate sophomore with target graduation between December 2026 and Spring 2028

Job Duties

  • Review and summarize documents including partnership agreements, audits, and term sheets
  • compile market research to draw comparisons between different properties
  • participate in weekly meetings on current projects
  • assist in creation, execution and monitoring of project work plans and revise as required
  • participate in creating overall project schedule and oversee timely execution
  • assist with management of day to day operational aspects of the project
  • ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
