- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service while surrounded by roller coasters
- Take guests' orders, offering suggestions and upsells about menu items
- Feed hungry guests promptly with fresh, made-to-order foods
- Prepare food and beverages including double bacon cheeseburgers, soft drinks, and funnel cake sundaes
- Fill condiment dispensers, wipe down tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness
- Assist guests with park information and directions
- Walk through the park cleaning and maintaining appearance
- Hose down midways and patios
- Empty trash cans and use chemicals to clean restrooms and facilities
- Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable ride experience
- Ensure safety restraints are secure and enforce rider restrictions
- Assist guests boarding and exiting rides
- Keep ride areas clean and respond to emergencies
- Handle cash transactions, pass math test if required
- Communicate effectively in English
- Learn to use cash register accurately
