Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to work a sporadic schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of fried food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of fry station and surrounding areas
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Monitor inventory of fry station supplies and report shortages
  • Assist with opening and closing duties related to fryer equipment and workstation
