Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current EMT certification or equivalent
- Previous experience in emergency medical services preferred
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Strong observational and safety-focused mindset
- Availability for seasonal work during the park's operating months
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

- Experience in providing emergency medical care
- Ability to perform safety inspections and ride audits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong record-keeping and documentation abilities

- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide medical care and transportation for employees and guests in need of medical assistance
- Maintain and ensure all medical equipment and facilities in the First Aid area are properly stocked and functional
- Complete and maintain medical records and reports, including First Aid reports
- Conduct safety inspections and ride audits as requested by the Safety Manager
- Respond to emergency situations, including medical incidents, accidents, and safety hazards
- Ensure cleanliness, courtesy, and image standards are met while maintaining a professional presence
- Refrain from consuming substances that could impair judgment while on duty
- Assist in creating a positive team atmosphere by maintaining cordial and collaborative working relationships
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency on a daily basis
- Complete any tasks as directed by Six Flags management
