Job Requirements

  • Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
  • Completion of all degree requirements before program start
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills
  • Preferred background in hospitality, culinary, business, food service, or facilities management

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent prior to program start
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Background or degree in hospitality, business, culinary, food service, or facilities management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a team in one of the designated career areas
  • Gain operational and people management experience
  • Participate in leadership development programming
  • Engage with a mentor from an Employee Resource Group
  • Contribute to the company’s success from day one
  • Attend leadership summits and networking events
  • Develop professional skills to prepare for leadership roles
