Job Requirements
- Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
- Completion of all degree requirements before program start
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills
- Preferred background in hospitality, culinary, business, food service, or facilities management

- Lead and manage a team in one of the designated career areas
- Gain operational and people management experience
