Job Description
The Madison Mallards are a premier summer collegiate baseball team known for drawing more than 200,000 passionate fans annually to their lively and engaging games. As one of the largest and most successful teams in the nation, the Mallards create a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates baseball, community spirit, and sportsmanship. Alongside the Mallards, the Madison Night Mares complement this thriving sports scene as an inaugural Northwoods League Softball team, having quickly become the highest attended summer collegiate softball team since their debut in 2024. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors rain or shine
- Ability to think on one’s feet and problem solve in fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Preferred food and beverage experience

Job Duties
- Oversee and assist with set up and tear down of all suites in the ballpark
- Oversee and assist, when necessary, all suite/inclusive area food expediting and setup with all appropriate table settings
- Manage and schedule part time staff in hospitality areas
- Work closely with Food and Beverage Management and other staff to ensure suites are stocked and ready in a timely manner
- Prepare for special events and non-game day events in suites and other designated hospitality areas
- Work with the client and sales rep of each group to ensure a phenomenal customer experience
- Limit and monitor food waste
- Attend staff training events
- Assist with preparing the stadium for the event season
- Attend Sports Business classes produced for the benefit of the Intern class
- Perform other duties as assigned
