Job Requirements

  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with public, customers, and teams
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Must be available onsite full-time for 10 weeks
  • Internship from late May to early August
  • Ability to pass company background checks and comply with all policies

Job Qualifications

  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Proven ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them effectively
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with the public, customers, and interdepartmental personnel
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
  • Able to work onsite full-time during internship duration

Job Duties

  • Manage customer delivery process from order placement through aircraft departure
  • Coordinate pre-delivery activities such as acceptance flights, paint reviews, and meetings
  • Manage customer delivery acceptance including documentation, equipment operation, and briefings
  • Present aircraft certification documents to international aviation authorities
  • Coordinate customer delivery presentations including signage, special events, and displays
  • Demonstrate and inventory loose equipment with customers
  • Assist customers with aircraft departure logistics including loading equipment, catering, and software updates
