Job Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to work with public, customers, and teams
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must be available onsite full-time for 10 weeks
- Internship from late May to early August
- Ability to pass company background checks and comply with all policies
Job Qualifications
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Proven ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them effectively
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with the public, customers, and interdepartmental personnel
- Authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
- Able to work onsite full-time during internship duration
Job Duties
- Manage customer delivery process from order placement through aircraft departure
- Coordinate pre-delivery activities such as acceptance flights, paint reviews, and meetings
- Manage customer delivery acceptance including documentation, equipment operation, and briefings
- Present aircraft certification documents to international aviation authorities
- Coordinate customer delivery presentations including signage, special events, and displays
- Demonstrate and inventory loose equipment with customers
- Assist customers with aircraft departure logistics including loading equipment, catering, and software updates
