Job Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate Industrial Engineering or related program
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work full time and in-person for 40 hours per week
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available for internship program dates from 5/11/2026 to 8/7/2026
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate Industrial Engineering or related program
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Sufficient knowledge in programming and algorithms is desired but not required
- Ability to work full time and in-person from Louisville, KY site
Job Duties
- Perform operational observations in the field
- Research data to analyze projects
- Create procedures
- Evaluate project proposals
- Prepare presentations and reports based on findings
- Participate in projects focused on reducing costs through improved processes and procedures
- Perform data queries and develop reports to streamline communications and performance reporting
