Job Requirements
- At least 15 years of age or older
- work in varied weather conditions
- must obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification
- must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- black slip-resistant shoes required
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and positive guest experience
- attention to detail ensuring accuracy in food and beverage preparation, POS transactions, and compliance with standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests following established recipes, portion guidelines, sanitation, and company standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, including counters, equipment, and utensils
- restock inventory and supplies as needed throughout the shift to maintain efficient operations
- accurately handle transactions using point-of-sale systems
- provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly
- follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of food and beverage stations
- collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient service
