Job Requirements

  • At least 15 years of age or older
  • work in varied weather conditions
  • must obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification
  • must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • black slip-resistant shoes required

Job Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and positive guest experience
  • attention to detail ensuring accuracy in food and beverage preparation, POS transactions, and compliance with standards
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • effective problem-solving skills to resolve guest concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally

  • consistently punctual, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests following established recipes, portion guidelines, sanitation, and company standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, including counters, equipment, and utensils
  • restock inventory and supplies as needed throughout the shift to maintain efficient operations
  • accurately handle transactions using point-of-sale systems
  • provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly
  • follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
  • assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of food and beverage stations
  • collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient service
