Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age or older
- work in varied weather conditions
- required to obtain and maintain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) server/seller certification
- must obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification
- must be willing to work on a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- black slip-resistant shoes required
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and positive guest experience
- attention to detail ensuring accuracy in food and beverage preparation, POS transactions, and compliance with standards
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- ability to resolve guest concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally
- understanding alcohol laws, safety, and sanitation regulations
- ability to adjust to changing guest needs and operational demands
- consistently punctual, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests according to recipes and standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar assigned including equipment and glassware
- check identification to verify legal drinking age and comply with all Texas alcohol service laws
- monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure responsible service
- restock bar inventory and supplies as needed throughout shifts
- handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests and addressing inquiries or concerns
- follow safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times
- assist in opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of the bar assigned
- collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
