Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • work in varied weather conditions
  • required to obtain and maintain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) server/seller certification
  • must obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification
  • must be willing to work on a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • black slip-resistant shoes required

Job Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and positive guest experience
  • attention to detail ensuring accuracy in food and beverage preparation, POS transactions, and compliance with standards
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • ability to resolve guest concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally
  • understanding alcohol laws, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • ability to adjust to changing guest needs and operational demands
  • consistently punctual, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests according to recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar assigned including equipment and glassware
  • check identification to verify legal drinking age and comply with all Texas alcohol service laws
  • monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure responsible service
  • restock bar inventory and supplies as needed throughout shifts
  • handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests and addressing inquiries or concerns
  • follow safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times
  • assist in opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of the bar assigned
  • collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
