Job Description
The Sioux Falls Canaries are a professional independent baseball team competing in the American Association of Professional Baseball, which is one of MLB's partner leagues. As a well-established sports organization, the Canaries strive to provide first-class entertainment and an exceptional game-day experience for fans and the community. This team not only plays competitive baseball but also places great emphasis on community engagement, fan interaction, and promoting family-friendly environments at their home games. Job Requirements
- availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including all 50 Canaries home games
- ability to participate in extended hours on weeknights and weekends
- ability to perform some heavy lifting

Job Duties
- assist in implementing pre-game, in-game, and post-game on-field promotions
- coordinate the game script and help create engaging on-field promotions
- assist in designing promotional jerseys and research family-friendly content for promotional nights
- organize all promotional items and props before each game
- develop and implement props for theme nights
- lead and schedule part-time interns and ushers during games
- conduct pre-game meetings and answer questions from game-day interns
- facilitate post-game meetings and assist with cleanup
- support the game host during events and fill on-field activities with personnel
- enhance the game day experience for all fans and represent the Canaries brand at various events
- assist with dispersing marketing materials throughout Sioux Falls and surrounding areas
- assist with community events, player and mascot appearances, and other stadium and baseball operations as needed
- perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
