Job Duties

  • supervise food and beverage team members during shifts
  • ensure high-quality guest service and satisfaction
  • manage day-to-day operations in concessions, premium clubs, suites, and culinary areas
  • train and develop staff on company policies and procedures
  • monitor inventory and supply levels
  • enforce food safety and hygiene standards
  • resolve guest complaints and operational issues efficiently
