Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of food service operations experience
  • Pass required background check
  • Proficiency with the latest MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Current food handler or manager certificate
  • Must be able to work in high temperatures for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stretch to clean, use step ladders as needed
  • Able to walk over uneven surfaces
  • Must be 18 years old or older

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of food service operations experience
  • Proficiency with the latest MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Current food handler or manager certificate
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff

Job Duties

  • Oversee the operations of the food and beverage locations in the park
  • Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
  • Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation
  • Maintain accurate records of employees, equipment, compliance reporting
  • Maintain established quality assurance procedures to ensure health department and customer service standards
  • Move throughout the food and beverage centers to monitor and provide support for fellow supervisors and leads as needed
