Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of food service operations experience
- Pass required background check
- Proficiency with the latest MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Current food handler or manager certificate
- Must be able to work in high temperatures for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, stretch to clean, use step ladders as needed
- Able to walk over uneven surfaces
- Must be 18 years old or older

Job Duties
- Oversee the operations of the food and beverage locations in the park
- Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
- Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation
- Maintain accurate records of employees, equipment, compliance reporting
- Maintain established quality assurance procedures to ensure health department and customer service standards
- Move throughout the food and beverage centers to monitor and provide support for fellow supervisors and leads as needed
