Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent unless waived by HR
  • Food and beverage experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Current food handler or manager certificate
  • One year of general operations experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work in high temperatures for long periods while staying hydrated
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, stretch to clean
  • Ability to use step ladders
  • Ability to walk over uneven surfaces

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Food and beverage experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee the operations of food and beverage locations in the park
  • Conduct checks to ensure enough products are available to serve customers
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
  • Manage food and beverage staff and oversee food preparation
  • Maintain accurate records of employees, equipment, and compliance reporting
  • Maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure health department and customer service standards
  • Move throughout food and beverage centers to support fellow supervisors and leads
  • Maintain and support facility policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with all staff levels
  • Work on own initiative within a team environment
  • Provide strong customer service and problem-solving
  • Exhibit positive team culture and employee engagement
  • Ensure equipment is safe and faults reported
  • Complete minor food preparation tasks
  • Perform other assigned duties
