Job Requirements

  • Current California Food Handling card
  • approved non-slip shoes
  • must be able to work in high temperatures for long periods while staying hydrated and following safety requirements
  • must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stoop, bend, reach, kneel to store product and food storage and to perform cleaning duties
  • stand long periods of time

Job Duties

  • Weighing, measuring, mixing, and prepping ingredients according to recipes
  • completes hot meal preparation by steaming, grilling, broiling, baking, or frying meats, chicken, vegetables, and other ingredients
