Job Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of event goals timelines and logistical planning
- Coordinate with vendors venues and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting for events for the 2026 TIP and TDP Programs
- Help create promotional materials flyers emails social media posts
- Maintain event registration and attendee communications via Outlook and internal communication systems
- Capture and organize event photos and feedback for post-event retrospectives
- Participate in event setup run-of-show and breakdown
- Take an events coordinator approach and possibly manage the TIP TDP events for the Summer
- Provide on-site support to participants guests speakers and staff
- Troubleshoot issues during events and escalate as needed
- Maintain event calendars and documentation of processes
- Prepare meeting agendas and take notes during planning sessions
- Track RSVPs attendance and post-event follow-up surveys
- Complete duties and responsibilities of an entry-level professional nature specific to assigned area of the Bank
- Ensure activities adhere to established internal policies and external regulations as applicable
- Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite
- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
- Design implement maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand
- Maintain M&T internal control standards including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
- Complete other related duties as assigned
