Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be available to work all home games
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to remain on feet for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- reliable transportation to and from Iowa River Landing in Coralville, IA

Job Duties
- Execute in-game promotions and contests
- assist with identifying and preparing participants for in-game activities
- coordinate on-camera segments with the emcee, anthem performers, guest groups, and other talent
- support fans to enhance their overall game-day experience
- assist with post-game breakdown and venue reset
- support event planning projects and promotional initiatives
- assist with the creation of timelines, scripts, and promotional rundowns
- perform additional duties as assigned
