Job Requirements

  • Must be a current MBA student with graduation date between December 2019 and June 2020
  • Two to five years of professional full-time work experience
  • Prior work experience in manufacturing and or engineering is a plus
  • Prior work experience in finance is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within or outside of school
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and as contributing member of fast paced team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Global mindset and ability to thrive in diverse culture and environment
  • Drive for results and energized through change agent behaviors
  • Proven track record of accomplishments
  • Exhibits the Gates values in all actions and decisions

Job Qualifications

  • Current MBA student with anticipated graduation between December 2019 and June 2020

Job Duties

  • Participate in rotational assignments across finance, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Lead and execute strategic projects aligned with corporate initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions
  • Report directly to executive leadership and present project outcomes
  • Engage in leadership training and development programs
  • Gain international exposure and work within diverse cultural environments
