Job Requirements
- Must be a current MBA student with graduation date between December 2019 and June 2020
- Two to five years of professional full-time work experience
- Prior work experience in manufacturing and or engineering is a plus
- Prior work experience in finance is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
- Demonstrated leadership experience within or outside of school
- Ability to work effectively across functions and as contributing member of fast paced team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Global mindset and ability to thrive in diverse culture and environment
- Drive for results and energized through change agent behaviors
- Proven track record of accomplishments
- Exhibits the Gates values in all actions and decisions
Job Qualifications
- Current MBA student with anticipated graduation between December 2019 and June 2020

Job Duties
- Participate in rotational assignments across finance, sales, marketing, and operations
- Lead and execute strategic projects aligned with corporate initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions
- Report directly to executive leadership and present project outcomes
- Engage in leadership training and development programs
- Gain international exposure and work within diverse cultural environments
