Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma in pastry arts, baking science, food science, culinary science, or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bakery production, pastry kitchens, or food R&D roles
- Experience in industrial bakery, food manufacturing, or commercial baking operations
- Must be located within 1-hour driving distance of the corporate office near FLL airport

- Test and compare competitive products
- Ensure R&D documentation is accurate and up to date
