Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Experience in quick-service restaurant management strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage costs of goods sold and labor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must maintain good personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversees and manages all areas of restaurant and makes final decisions on matters of importance
- Ensures that all PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into day-to-day operations
- Develops and achieves the restaurant's game plan with district and general managers
- Ensures guest service meets company standards
- Responds to customer complaints promptly and appropriately
- Collaborates with local chamber and schools to increase sales
- Staffs, trains, and develops assistant managers and hourly employees
- Manages staffing schedules for optimal coverage
- Controls restaurant P&L to optimize profits
- Performs additional duties as requested by district manager
