Job Duties
- Be responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse during the first shift
- manage inventory, staff, and logistics to achieve distribution goals
- enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- follow quality control policies, ensuring team is accurately checking and processing product
- manage and maintain company equipment and resources to reduce unnecessary spending
- lead, train, and manage a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies
- work effectively with others to meet goals and objectives, developing strong relationships
- manage multiple tasks at once without losing focus and with a sense of urgency
