In this role, the Warehouse Generalist will be responsible for picking products using order pickers and manually from warehouse racks to fulfill customer orders accurately, building pallets properly to prevent damage during transportation, and utilizing equipment like electric pallet jacks and forklift machinery safely and effectively. Responsibilities also include recording warehouse activities through voice commands, pick sheets, and radio frequency computer terminals to maintain precise inventory and workflow management. The generalist will assist with cleaning and organizing the warehouse aisles, product slots, employee break areas, restrooms, and offices to ensure a safe and orderly work environment. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to perform continuous lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing throughout the work shift in varying temperature-controlled warehouse conditions ranging from freezer units (as cold as -20F) to grocery storage areas (up to 90F).
