Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- GED or high school diploma required
- proven steady work history
- comfortable working in moderate to hot temperatures with potential exposure to chemicals and fumes
- capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- able to stand and walk for 8 plus hours a day
- proficient in reading and writing in English
- must pass a 4 panel drug screen and a 7 year background check

- comfortable working in moderate to hot temperatures with potential exposure to chemicals and fumes
Job Duties
- Prepare rinse reclaim and mesh screens
- ensure accurate counts labeling and organized storage
- scrape clean and return inks and tools
- maintain cleanliness and safety across all stations
- inspect screens for defects apply corrective measures and complete tech sheets
- tape screens per job aids prioritize by request dates and verify quality standards
- demonstrate great attention to detail to review work orders
- pick and stack boxes up to 50 lbs onto a pallet jack
- push and pull a pallet jack
- all other duties as assigned
- operate and maintain automatic folding machines including setup adjustments and troubleshooting
- inspect garments for quality ensuring only defect free products move forward
- record production data and report issues to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support smooth workflow
- cross train in other areas as needed
