Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • GED or high school diploma required
  • proven steady work history
  • comfortable working in moderate to hot temperatures with potential exposure to chemicals and fumes
  • capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
  • able to stand and walk for 8 plus hours a day
  • proficient in reading and writing in English
  • must pass a 4 panel drug screen and a 7 year background check

  • able to stand and walk for eight or more hours a day
  • comfortable working in moderate to hot temperatures with potential exposure to chemicals and fumes

Job Duties

  • Prepare rinse reclaim and mesh screens
  • ensure accurate counts labeling and organized storage
  • scrape clean and return inks and tools
  • maintain cleanliness and safety across all stations
  • inspect screens for defects apply corrective measures and complete tech sheets
  • tape screens per job aids prioritize by request dates and verify quality standards
  • demonstrate great attention to detail to review work orders
  • pick and stack boxes up to 50 lbs onto a pallet jack
  • push and pull a pallet jack
  • all other duties as assigned
  • operate and maintain automatic folding machines including setup adjustments and troubleshooting
  • inspect garments for quality ensuring only defect free products move forward
  • record production data and report issues to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support smooth workflow
  • cross train in other areas as needed
