Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary security clearances
  • good communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • availability to work Friday through Tuesday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • ability to perform physical tasks related to parking and valet operations

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team
  • experience working in parking or valet operations preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • good communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff
  • answer phones
  • provide customer services assistance
  • replenish tickets
  • maintain contract specifications
  • maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company
  • perform safety audits
  • check all work on a nightly basis and turn in completion reports
  • train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations
  • perform daily quality control inspections
  • assist in safety programs follow-through to ensure compliance with all safety policies
  • use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel
  • ensure area compliance with all State and Federal guidelines as well as company policies
  • perform other duties as assigned or requested
