Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary security clearances
- good communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- availability to work Friday through Tuesday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- ability to perform physical tasks related to parking and valet operations
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading a team
- experience working in parking or valet operations preferred
- valid driver’s license
- knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- good communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
Job Duties
- Supervise staff
- answer phones
- provide customer services assistance
- replenish tickets
- maintain contract specifications
- maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company
- perform safety audits
- check all work on a nightly basis and turn in completion reports
- train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations
- perform daily quality control inspections
- assist in safety programs follow-through to ensure compliance with all safety policies
- use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel
- ensure area compliance with all State and Federal guidelines as well as company policies
- perform other duties as assigned or requested
