Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in material handling or manufacturing environment preferred
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment
- Basic computer literacy for ERP system entry
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving materials
- Keen attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to accept supervision and follow safety rules
- Ability to perform pre-use equipment inspections
- Commitment to maintaining clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred
- Forklift and heavy equipment operation certification preferred
- Basic computer skills for ERP and scanning devices
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to report and escalate issues
- Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and operate machinery

Job Duties
- Ensure all materials are labeled with date received and part number
- Pick, pull, stage, support Kanban rack materials based on production schedule or parts orders using FIFO
- Deliver materials to production areas according to schedules, Kanban racks or requisitions using FIFO with job numbers
- Identify and report overstocking, material shortages, discrepant material, scrap, and quality concerns
- Perform inventory transactions as materials move
- Contact management to identify job-related concerns
- Enter inventory transactions into ERP system via computer or scanner
- Suggest continual improvement opportunities
- Perform audits, inspections, verifications, and cycle counts as required
- Accept frequent supervision regarding material handling
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions
- Perform pre-use inspections of equipment according to safety rules
- Support press shop by moving/removing metal, emptying scrap, maintaining FIFO for metal sheets, labeling stored metal, marking pallets
- Store metal in proper locations
- Remove finished palletized products and deliver to crating area
- Crate, weigh, measure, scan, and label pallets for staging or loading
- Report quality or job-related concerns
- Operate machinery including forklifts, stand-up trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks
- Maintain clean and orderly work area and follow safety regulations
- Perform other duties as required
