Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk on city sidewalks
- Must be able to go up and down stairs for cleaning purposes
- Bending, stooping, crouching and lifting up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work an early morning schedule
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Sanitizing common areas by wiping down furniture, chairs, and tables
- High and low dusting of window sills, bookshelves, and other furniture
- Taking out trash and removing it from the campus
- Cleaning group restrooms including sinks, toilets, glass, mirrors, and showers
- Refilling supplies
- Cleaning hallways via sweeping and dust mopping
- Removing any cobwebs or debris from entryways
- All other duties will be assigned
