Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year experience operating a forklift
  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Ability to follow work directions
  • Ability to work multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to sit for long periods
  • Ability to reach shelves up to 6 feet
  • Regular use of hands arms and shoulders
  • Ability to work in noisy warehouse with exposure to chemicals heat and mechanical parts
  • Ability to see properly to perform job tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Forklift certification
  • One year of professional forklift operating experience
  • Ability to perform basic math functions including adding subtracting multiplying and dividing
  • Capacity to receive work direction and perform to assigned expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask

  • Willingness to work with diverse people emphasizing respect and safety
  • Quality and safety conscious
  • Dependable with low absenteeism and punctuality
  • Bilingual English Spanish preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Perform load trucks unload trucks and supply production areas with product
  • Remove finished goods to a warehouse storage area
  • Apply MTS tags and use handheld scanner machines for bar codes to track components and chemicals
  • Document count and verify customer piece counts for shipping and receiving
  • Manage paperwork to identify incoming materials and outgoing products according to product control systems and shipping orders
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory system and organization of inventory
  • Load unload trailers and verify quantities against packing list
  • Provide lot numbers batch numbers for shipping clerk
  • Perform cycle counts and product disposal per customer requests
  • Maintain continuous work pace to support production and warehouse goals
  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles such as cleaning recharging batteries or replacing liquefied-gas tanks
  • Maintain cGMPs and housekeeping programs
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment in the workplace
  • Follow rules and regulations to ensure food safety quality and legality
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently protecting self and others
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with department
  • Be exposed to and trained in handling hazardous materials with annual refresher training
