Job Requirements

- Commitment to plant safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Willingness to perform operator-driven reliability duties including preventive maintenance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to operate lift truck and powered pallet jack
- Experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards
- Ability to follow continuous improvement processes
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Perform various packaging duties
- Temporarily cover assignments in Mixing, Make-up, and Packaging areas
- Execute sanitation duties as assigned
- Operate lift truck and powered pallet jack
- Flex between Cracker and Cookie Operations
- Support both Processing and Packaging areas
- Perform basic preventive maintenance such as cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating equipment
- Serve as 5S Leader and participate in audits
- Collaborate within a team environment and support safety and quality initiatives
