Job Requirements

  • high school degree or equivalent
  • ability to communicate and interact effectively with residents, guests, co-workers, and members of the general public
  • ability to respond quickly to problems and work in a stressful environment
  • basic knowledge of computer, office equipment and phone systems
  • willingness to work Tuesday through Saturday from 7am to 3pm
  • positive attitude with a get the job done mindset
  • flexibility to work outside normal business hours if necessary
  • ability to work well under pressure, emergencies, and time-sensitive situations

Job Qualifications

  • high school degree or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or security operations is desired but not required
  • prior experience as a concierge is preferred
  • basic computer, office equipment and phone system knowledge
  • experience with Microsoft or Google applications is preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, multi-tasking, planning, and time management skills
  • strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
  • flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner and expedite all requests as required
  • answer and direct all incoming calls
  • conduct regular patrols of the grounds and parking garage including monitoring security cameras
  • perform daily inspection of all primary locations of operating equipment
  • verify service contractor work orders and issue appropriate control swipe cards for access
  • assist execution of all scheduling for meeting rooms and resident services and act as the central point of contact
  • perform services including grocery assist, key assist, scanning packages, and package delivery upon request
  • help with training of co-workers when necessary
  • provide valet parking for guests and residents
  • submit service requests for building damages or deficiencies found or reported to the Concierge Desk
