Job Requirements

Reliable transportation
Availability to work Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 12:30 pm
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Dependability and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleaning standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is an advantage
Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
Experience in floor stripping, waxing, or carpet cleaning is beneficial

Job Duties

Picking up trash or clutter in common areas
Cleaning of entryways, hallways, offices, and restrooms
Wiping down tables, desks, and counters
Vacuuming carpeted areas
Mopping hard floors and bathrooms
Emptying trash
Monitoring and stocking janitorial supplies
