Job Requirements

  • Background check and drug screen required
  • valid food handler and TABC certification required within the first 30 days of work
  • requires weekend holiday and evening availability
  • ability to stand for long periods lift up to 40 lbs and manage physical demands of a high-volume lounge environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience preferably in a country club resort or upscale dining environment
  • knowledge of wine beer and cocktail preparation
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills professional appearance and demeanor
  • ability to stand for long periods lift up to 40 lbs and manage the physical demands of a high-volume lounge
  • comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working under pressure
  • valid food handler and TABC certification required within the first 30 days of work
  • requires weekend holiday and evening availability

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests promptly and professionally maintaining the club’s high standards of hospitality
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
  • ensure responsible alcohol service and verify legal drinking age for all guests
  • maintain a clean organized and safe bar area including restocking supplies as needed
  • assist with setup and breakdown for events in the lounge or adjacent areas
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • follow all club policies health safety and sanitation regulations
  • other job duties as assigned
