Job Requirements
- At least 6 months experience preferred
- TIPS certification
- food handler’s card
- ability to perform tray service
- takes direction well and without being offended
- ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions
- ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers with 10’s and 100’s
- ability to comprehend safety rules and operating instructions
- ability to apply common sense understanding to follow instructions
- personable demeanor
- knowledge of menu and resort offerings
- willingness to complete service related classes within first 90 days
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience preferred
- ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees
- ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Job Duties
- Clearing table after guests are done with meal
- clearing all soiled china, glass or silverware throughout guests’ dining experience
- resetting tables to standard as designated by management
- maintaining water service throughout meal for guests
- provide bread service to each table as specified by the outlet’s menu
- assisting server with small duties throughout service to appease guests
- be an ambassador for the guests, relay any messages to server as necessary
- communicate any needs to server and oblige guests whenever possible
- provide personalized guest service to each table, interact with guests, smile and offer warm greetings and farewells
- other duties as assigned
