Job Requirements
- must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class A gaming license
- must qualify to obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Certificate
- must qualify to obtain and maintain the California ABC RBS Certification
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy kegs and standing for extended periods
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to apply common sense and follow oral and written instructions
- strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to perform basic mathematical operations with money and measurements
Job Qualifications
- a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- three to six months related experience and/or training
- strong communication skills
- ability to actively listen and coordinate with team members
- knowledge of drink pricing and cocktail recipes
- ability to read and comprehend instructions and company policies
- possession of or ability to obtain required certifications including Class A gaming license, Food Handlers Certificate, and California ABC RBS Certification
Job Duties
- stock ice, glassware, and all other bar related items
- maintain cleanliness of bar countertop and entire designated bar area
- rotate and stock bar on request or as needed
- have the knowledge of all drink pricing, alcohol types and brands, and cocktail recipes
- empty trash cans and recyclables as needed
- transport supplies to the beverage areas as needed
- pick up trash in and around beverage areas
