Job Requirements

  • must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class A gaming license
  • must qualify to obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Certificate
  • must qualify to obtain and maintain the California ABC RBS Certification
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy kegs and standing for extended periods
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to apply common sense and follow oral and written instructions
  • strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • ability to perform basic mathematical operations with money and measurements

Job Qualifications

  • a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • three to six months related experience and/or training
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to actively listen and coordinate with team members
  • knowledge of drink pricing and cocktail recipes
  • ability to read and comprehend instructions and company policies
  • possession of or ability to obtain required certifications including Class A gaming license, Food Handlers Certificate, and California ABC RBS Certification

Job Duties

  • stock ice, glassware, and all other bar related items
  • maintain cleanliness of bar countertop and entire designated bar area
  • rotate and stock bar on request or as needed
  • have the knowledge of all drink pricing, alcohol types and brands, and cocktail recipes
  • empty trash cans and recyclables as needed
  • transport supplies to the beverage areas as needed
  • pick up trash in and around beverage areas
