Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- three to six months related experience or training
- strong communication skills
- ability to read and comprehend instructions and policies
- basic math skills
- ability to apply common sense to solve problems
- eligibility to obtain and maintain Class "A" gaming license
- eligibility to obtain and maintain Food Handlers Certificate
- eligibility to obtain and maintain California ABC RBS Certification
- physical ability to perform job duties

- ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- three to six months related experience and/or training
- ability to actively listen and communicate efficiently with bartenders, staff, and management
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, company policies, regulations, and memos
- basic mathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing with money and measurements
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class "A" gaming license
- must qualify to obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Certificate
- must qualify to obtain and maintain the California ABC RBS certification
- excellent verbal communication skills
- strong interpersonal and guest service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina and agility to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Stock ice, glassware, and all other bar related items
- maintain cleanliness of bar countertop and entire designated bar area
- rotate and stock bar on request or as needed
- have the knowledge of all drink pricing, alcohol types and brands, and cocktail recipes
- empty trash cans and recyclables as needed
- transport supplies to the beverage areas as needed
- pick up trash in and around beverage areas
- utilize radio to relay key information to other team members
- aid and assist bartenders and bar porters with all responsibilities as needed
- demonstrate proper knowledge of and abide by all liquor laws and policies set forth by ABC and PRC
- maintain all health and sanitation guidelines and proper rotation of all perishable items
- adhere to cash handling and operating policies in accordance to PRC guidelines
- other duties as assigned
