Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position serving alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and stock items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Willingness to follow all health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Basic math skills for register operation
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity and honesty in all tasks
Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Bashas' and Starbucks
- Operate a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit, debit payments, and change
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints
- Assist with stocking shelves, facing products, cleaning and dusting as needed
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
