Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Capability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Physical ability to perform standing, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing, keyboarding, telephone use, walking, bending for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash and operate registers accurately
- For internal transfers, promotion or rehire candidates, must have current leader's recommendation and HR approval
- Willingness to accept part-time position if full-time is not available

Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and the mission of both Bashas' and Starbucks
- Operate a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
- Assist all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
- Assist with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
