This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated under a McDonald’s franchise. This means that while the restaurant uses McDonald’s logos and food products, it is managed by an independent franchisee separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee handles all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, independent of McDonald’s corporate oversight. As such, those hired will be employees of this independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.
