This job opportunity is at a restaurant operated by an independent McDonald’s franchisee, which is a separate company from McDonald’s USA. Owned and run by individual franchisees, these restaurants use the McDonald’s branding, logos, and food products but are independently managed including all employment aspects like hiring and scheduling. As such, if you are hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. This independence means that all employment decisions, including interviewing, hiring, firing, discipline, and supervision, are made solely by the franchise owner without involvement from McDonald’s corporate offices.

Job Requirements
