Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing and walking including long distances
- Ability to handle, grasp, and crouch as needed
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
- Ability to communicate courteously with guests and team members
- Ability to report any unsafe conditions immediately
- Ability to ensure mini bar equipment is in proper working condition

Job Duties
- Restock and replenish mini bar items in guest rooms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bars and storage areas
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- Ensure guest satisfaction by accommodating special requests
- Assist in training new mini bar attendants as needed
- Support team performance by collaborating with colleagues
- Communicate effectively with the housekeeping manager and other departments
- Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
