Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent standing and walking including long distances
  • Ability to handle, grasp, and crouch as needed
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
  • Ability to communicate courteously with guests and team members
  • Ability to report any unsafe conditions immediately
  • Ability to ensure mini bar equipment is in proper working condition

Job Duties

  • Restock and replenish mini bar items in guest rooms
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bars and storage areas
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by accommodating special requests
  • Assist in training new mini bar attendants as needed
  • Support team performance by collaborating with colleagues
  • Communicate effectively with the housekeeping manager and other departments
  • Report any incidents or safety concerns immediately
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures
  • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
