Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk frequently, up to two miles per day
- Capable of crouching, stooping, twisting, climbing, and reaching as required
- Ability to handle, push, pull, lift, and carry weights averaging up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work full-time hours
- Must be courteous and professional at all times
- Ability to report unsafe conditions promptly
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel room attendant role is an advantage
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical fitness to meet demands of the role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards
- Set-up VIP rooms as assigned
- Attend required meetings
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately
- Maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
