Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel night audit or housekeeping preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency with audit software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with excellence in cleaning and organization
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs stand and walk for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Basic math and computer proficiency for night audit tasks
  • Professional courteous communication skills
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Perform nightly audit procedures including reconciling daily transactions balancing reports and preparing next-day summaries
  • Process late check-ins early check-outs reservations guest inquiries and special requests with courtesy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate cash handling credit card posting and billing verification
  • Complete property walks to ensure guest safety security compliance and identification of maintenance needs
  • Document and communicate shift information to management and morning staff
  • Respond promptly to guest issues emergencies or unusual activity
  • Welcome late-arriving guests and provide valet parking assistance
  • Retrieve vehicles promptly and safely with professional courtesy
  • Assist guests with luggage during arrivals or departures
  • Maintain key control and ensure proper documentation of vehicle details
  • Sweep mop and deep-clean restaurant flooring
  • Sanitize all dining surfaces host stand service stations and doors
  • Clean and polish windows glass and fixtures
  • Ensure all furniture and fixtures are in proper working order and list items requiring repair
  • Empty trash and reset furniture in public areas
  • Sanitize restrooms fully including toilets sinks counters partitions and fixtures
  • Restock restroom supplies and remove trash
  • Remove debris trash and event materials from banquet hall
  • Deep clean floors and sanitize tables and chairs in banquet hall
  • Vacuum rugs and mop lobby floors
  • Dust and sanitize all high-touch surfaces in lobby
  • Clean elevator walls flooring panels and polish stainless steel surfaces
  • Sanitize boardroom conference table chairs and empty trash
  • Sweep and clean courtyard walkways and seating areas ensuring proper lighting
