Job Duties
- Welcome and check in guests efficiently and warmly
- handle guest check-outs, payments, and folio reviews professionally
- manage reservations and respond to inquiries and special guest requests
- provide concierge services including local area information and recommendations
- monitor guest satisfaction and follow up on requests to ensure positive experiences
- perform bucket checks and monitor room availability
- close shifts with proper documentation and financial balancing
- process guest charges and distribute billing reports
- operate front desk systems including PMS, POS, and PBX and troubleshoot issues
- support coordination between housekeeping, sales, and maintenance departments
