- Prior experience in janitorial housekeeping preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with American units
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Basic computer skills desired but not required
- No certifications needed

Job Duties
- Assist facility manager with scheduling
- Assist with administrative duties
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- Lift chairs and place them over tables
- Move chemicals and tables
- Operate cleaning equipment such as burnishers, scrubbers, pressure washers
- Use ManLift or ScissorLift machines
- Wash windows, door panels, and sills
- Supervise shifts and handle employee issues
