- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous material handling experience preferred
- computer skills required to complete material transactions
- ability to work safely around chemicals and equipment
- ability to multitask and constantly be on the move throughout the workday
- ability to lift to 50 lbs
- ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screen
- continuous and repetitive use of hands and fingers
- wrist and body turning on a continuous basis
- continuous bending and stooping
- concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail

Job Duties
- move materials to support production needs
- ensure inventory is accurate in electronic inventory management system and by physical location
- physically move raw materials for production use and to store pallets
- transfer materials to production areas to support production in-process
- report on raw material shortages to department manager
- break, sort, tag, repack orders
- complete physical and ship build inventory counts to verify inventory accuracy
- report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the production supervisor
- complete training records and other documentation as required
- complete routine tasks with minimal supervision (self-manageable)
- maintain warehouse and raw material storage areas in a clean and organized manner to facilitate manufacturing functions
- keep a clean work environment
- comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements of Forman Mills
- other duties as assigned by the production supervisor
