Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- must be 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift and stock up to 50 lbs
- good physical stamina
- excellent interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to handle fast paced work environment
Job Qualifications
- culinary arts or related field experience preferred
- strong creativity and passion for food and cooking

Job Duties
- assist in preparation display and merchandising of bistro foods for sale
- work with deli bistro team lead and executive chef to achieve sales product quality and customer service goals
- plan develop and present various menus with creativity and expertise
- answer phones and take special orders
- maintain a positive friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- engage customers with product information selling suggestions sampling and gratitude
- facilitate catered events from start to happy conclusion
- collaborate with catering director and executive chef on menu planning and production
- demonstrate excellent communication and salesmanship with clients and vendors
- ensure compliance with health department and regulatory requirements
- control food cost by monitoring production and implementing reworks
- perform related duties as assigned
