Job Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- successful completion of all required background screenings
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to use hands and arms for repetitive motion activities
- ability to lift or team lift objects up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
- ability to communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without assistive devices
- ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop or crouch while performing job duties
Job Qualifications
- Completion of required background screenings
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multi-task
- ability to learn and operate multiple café machines including blenders, ovens, and espresso machines
- computer and cash register proficiency
Job Duties
- Perform various café tasks according to service guidelines
- operate café equipment and prepare beverages and food items
- maintain cleanliness in compliance with sanitation guidelines
- complete daily and weekly cleaning of surfaces, machinery, and customer areas
- stock and merchandise café following company procedures
- greet customers and provide exceptional service
- promote POS initiatives and company programs
- balance cash drawer within allowable variances
- assist bookstore as needed
- perform other tasks as required
