  • Able to adhere to AFW asset protection policies and identify and prevent fraud
  • professional appearance
  • knowledge of company values of accountability, honesty, and safety
  • positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to coordinate and work effectively with multiple departments
  • ability to apply technology including iPads, Storis, Excel, and Windows
  • pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • able to sit and stand for long periods
  • able to work on concrete flooring with exposure to fluorescent lighting
  • requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back
  • able to lift, grip, bend, kneel, stoop, and move for 8 hours or more daily
  • able to stand, walk, and regularly lift or carry materials weighing 8-50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • efficiently and accurately complete sales and service transactions at cash registers
  • handle customer issues on the sales floor

  • coordinate with multiple departments to improve processes and maximize efficiency
  • use technology including iPads, Storis, Excel, and Windows
  • assist with merchandise support tasks such as maintenance and straightening
